50 years of local pest control

Zap Termite & Pest Control has served the Sacramento region since 1976, and 2026 marks our 50th year. We started in Rio Linda and we are still here, at 7233 26th St, serving homes and businesses across Greater Sacramento and Northern California.

A local crew

Our inspectors and technicians work in the same communities they serve. They know the older homes of Sacramento and Woodland, the new subdivisions of Roseville and Elk Grove, and the foothill lots of Folsom and Auburn, and they know what pests each one tends to bring. What we do

• Termite inspections and treatment for subterranean and drywood termites, including fumigation
• Real estate WDO reports, delivered within 24 hours of the inspection
• Wood repair and dry rot and fungus repair. Zap does every repair it recommends on its WDO reports.
• Rodent control and exclusion, bed bugs, ants, spiders, cockroaches and other general pests
• Commercial service, including fly treatment for commercial customers and special hours for commercial properties

What we do not do

Zap does not do wildlife control. We handle insects, spiders, termites, and rats and mice, but not animals like raccoons, opossums, skunks, squirrels or birds.
