These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your use of zappest.com and to text messages from Zap Termite & Pest Control, Inc. ("Zap," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or agreeing to receive our text messages, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our text messaging program.

How you sign up
You agree to receive text messages from Zap when you give us your mobile number and ask us to text you, for example by texting us at (916) 999-9747, checking a text consent box on a form, or telling our team you would like texts.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive more texts unless you sign up again. You can also reply START to sign up again.

Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact us at (916) 999-9747 or office@zappest.com, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include major U.S. wireless carriers.
Privacy
Your mobile number and SMS consent are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
2. Use of this website
You may use this website for lawful, personal, and informational purposes, such as learning about our services and contacting us. You agree not to misuse the site, including by trying to break its security, sending spam or harmful code through our contact form, or copying the site's content for commercial use without our permission.
We try to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but service areas, hours, and offers can change without notice.
3. Service estimates and agreements
Information on this website, and any quote or estimate given by phone, text, email, chat, or our contact form, is for general information only. Estimates are not binding until we inspect the property (when needed) and both you and Zap sign a written agreement or work order. The written agreement controls the scope, price, guarantees, and terms of any service we provide.
4. Third-party links and the customer portal
Our website links to sites and services we do not control, including our customer portal at zappest.pestconnect.com (opens in a new tab), which is provided by a third party (PestPac / PestConnect), as well as Google Maps, Apple Maps, and social media. Your use of those sites is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.
5. Content and trademarks
The Zap name, logo, website design, text, and images are owned by or licensed to Zap Termite & Pest Control, Inc. and are protected by law. You may not use them without our written permission.
6. No warranties for the website
This website is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we make no warranties about the website, including that it will be error free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses. This section does not limit any guarantee stated in your written service agreement.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Zap and its employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website, the customer portal, or our text messaging program, including lost data, delayed or undelivered messages, or reliance on information on the site. Our total liability for any claim related to the website or text messages will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). Claims about services we perform are governed by your written service agreement and applicable law.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California, and you agree to the jurisdiction of those courts.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the effective date above. Continuing to use the website or our text messaging program after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
